Road Star Big Bore Kits (re-plated)This Big Bore Kit has been developed to dramatically increase the performance of your engine. Send us your cylinders and we will bore & hone to 108 CI then “replate” them. PR will then custom repaint cylinders and (custom highlight all fin edges on Midnight Star model). Kit comes complete with oversize piston kit (pistons, rings, wrist pins and clips) and oversize head gaskets. “Stock” base gaskets not included.

This Big Bore Kit has been developed to dramatically increase the performance of your engine. Oversize liners are installed in (your) stock cylinders then precision bored and honed. Kit comes complete with oversize piston kit (pistons, rings, wrist pins and clips) and oversize head gaskets. “Stock” base gaskets not included. You send us your cylinders and we’ll do the rest! Road Star Flat Tappet Cam KitOriginally developed in 1999 and perfected over the years. All parts in this cam kit are proprietary and cannot be mixed and matched with other stock or aftermarket parts. Complete kit comes with hard weld cams, ceramic faced hydraulic lifters and adjustable aluminum push rods. 400 lift / 238 duration. Kit must be used with PR Hi-Lift Spring Kit (shown below). Kit requires (good, stock) cam core exchange or a $400.00 core charge deposit.

Road Star Billet Push Rod TubesSold in pairs. These collapsible push rod tubes make push rod adjustments a breeze. No need to take apart the top end anymore to make a simple adjustment. Tubes gently pull apart for adjustment and then snap back in place when done. Not only are they practical, but also have a custom look that turns heads. CNC machined from billet aluminum with a brushed machine finish. O-rings included.
